WEDDING IN THE VALLEY OF PALACES AND GARDENS
Karpniki Castle is one of the most beautiful castles in Lower Silesia, offering a unique setting filled with history, elegance, and romantic charm. The former estate of the royal Hohenzollern family is one of the most prestigious locations in the Jelenia Góra Valley, making it an ideal place to bring your dream wedding scenario to life.
When looking for a venue to host a wedding in a fairy-tale atmosphere, it is worth choosing a hotel in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens, one of the richest residential complexes in Europe. Its exceptional charm is enhanced by its picturesque location at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains and the region’s rich history.
EXCLUSIVE CASTLE RENTAL FOR A WEDDING
If you plan to host your wedding celebration at our venue until late at night with music, exclusive rental of the entire property is required. This means that no outside guests, tourists, or visitors will have access to the grounds. The castle will be reserved exclusively for you and your wedding guests.
We guarantee exclusivity; however, the event must be organized within agreed parameters and according to a previously established ceremony scenario. We specialize in small, intimate boutique-style weddings for up to 45 guests.
COST AND TERMS OF EXCLUSIVE CASTLE RENTAL
The cost of exclusive rental of Karpniki Castle is PLN 38,000 for one hotel night for up to 45 guests, accommodated in 21 rooms and suites. The price also includes a buffet breakfast served from 8:00 to 11:00, parking, and access to the Wellness area (Finnish sauna, steam sauna, relaxation room, and outdoor bathing in a cedar hot tub filled with thermal spring water).
Additional costs include the wedding menu, alcoholic beverages, and any other services ordered separately. The property is available to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
WEDDING CEREMONY
We organize wedding ceremonies in three locations: the inner courtyard (uncovered), the wooden terrace by the pond behind the castle, and the library (which also serves as an alternative option in case of unfavorable weather).
For the ceremony, we provide chairs for guests, decorative chairs for the couple and witnesses, as well as a table and chair for the registrar or other officiant. Sample seating arrangements and photos can be found in the PDF file at the bottom of the page.
WEDDING RECEPTION ROOMS
We offer three reception rooms located in the castle restaurant on the ground floor, in the oldest early-medieval part of the building. The three salons are connected in an enfilade, creating a unique and intimate atmosphere. During the reception, we make full use of their potential, arranging them in the most ergonomic way possible based on our 10 years of experience in event organization. WEDDING MENU
The wedding menu is one of the key pillars of the celebration. The Head Chef of the castle restaurant creates masterfully crafted dishes with perfectly balanced flavors. We have prepared sample menus for you, but we are also open to suggestions and special requests and will be happy to discuss any changes if needed.
We also accommodate special dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or other exclusions) and will gladly prepare suitable options. More information about menu proposals can be found in the PDF file at the bottom of the page.

Worth knowing
Can guests without overnight accommodation attend the wedding reception?
Yes, however please note that the maximum number of guests we can accommodate in the restaurant is 45.
Is it possible to organize a wedding without exclusive castle rental?
No. In such cases, we do not allow wedding ceremonies or dancing. However, it is possible to book accommodation and organize a wedding reception for up to 25 guests during the restaurant’s opening hours. Based on our 10 years of experience, we do not recommend this option, as it may be uncomfortable for you and for other hotel guests.
Can we use our own decorations at the venue?
Yes, personal decorations may be used after prior arrangement and confirmation from the hotel staff that they will not damage permanent elements of the décor or interior furnishings.
Is arranging a photographer/DJ/florist included in your services?
We can offer a list of recommended service providers we cooperate with. However, we do not mediate in arrangements between the couple and the subcontractors.
