Start your day with a relaxing quigong session - an ancient Chinese practice combining calm movement, breathing and meditation. Under the watchful eye of an experienced instructor, you will calm your mind, release tension and fill your body with new energy. End the evening peacefully, enjoying a vegetarian dinner, full of natural flavors and aromas. The perfect combination for those who want to consciously take care of themselves.
The package includes:
-2 nights for 2 people in a selected room,
-daily buffet breakfasts served from 8:00-11:00,
-3-course surprise vegetarian or vegan dinner on the first and second evening (menu created for this occasion by the Chef). Drinks with dinner are additionally payable
-Chinese Tui Na massage for 2 people,
-30-minute Quigong relaxation exercises on the second day of your stay and on the day of departure.

Meet our therapist
Klaudia's passion is helping others through massage. Practicing Tai Chi, I am learning to understand energy and harmony. Thanks to this passion, I am finding my way by combining care for others with my own development and inner balance. Qigong is one of the basic therapeutic tools in Chinese medicine. It is smooth, gentle movements of the whole body that are synchronized with breathing. The exercises do not overload the heart, stimulate internal organs and unblock the circulation of our vital energy. The form is of an opening, stretching and relaxing nature.
